The ‘Loons’ play the first of two successive away games in their William Hill League2 campaign on Saturday first, with Clyde their opponents.
The ‘Bully Wee’ are still playing their home games this term at New Douglas Park in Hamilton, the Accies now also back in residence at the venue after a one-season sabbatical in Cumbernauld.
Jim Weir and his players will go into the fixture in high spirits following their 3-0 victory over Stirling Albion, a result that saw them maintain their unbeaten league record to date in this early part of a long, hard campaign.
The ’Bully Wee’ have to date recorded two wins and one defeat in their trio of league outings, a 2-1 away success at Annan courtesy of an 89th-minute winner, the outcome of their latest ninety minutes of action on Saturday past.
Amazingly, all four games between the sides last term ended in a draw, with only four goals accumulated over the 360 minutes plus!
Forfar Athletic fans heading to Lanarkshire on Saturday will find admission prices very similar to those levied at the Parkgrove Stadium @ Station Park.
Adult admission is £17.
Concessions (over 65 & students) £14
Under 18’s £10
Under 12’s £5
