Martin is the club’s only full-time employee, and he certainly lives up to his full-time status!

From keeping the Station Park surface in pristine condition to preparing the kit, and clambering on top of the enclosure in all weathers to retrieve errant balls – Martin is one of the club’s most valuable assets.

A product of the Club’s non-playing youth team (i.e. a Ballboy!), Martin started helping the kitman clean the player’s boots in addition to his ballboy duties. Having learnt his trade as a groundsman over the last 20 years or so, Martin has a groundkeeper qualification from Dundee College.
