Two sides, no doubt still licking their Scottish Cup wounds, will face each other at the Forthbank Stadium on Saturday, first on matchday 12 in the William Hill League2.
While the ‘Loons’ were losing 2-1 to Bo’ness United on Saturday past, their hosts this coming weekend were on the wrong end of a similar scoreline away to Renfrew.
Both clubs will return to league action in what is even though we are still only in late autumn, a ‘six-pointer’ in every sense of the word.
The ‘Binos’ currently sit on the 12-point mark in the league table, while the Athies are one point adrift in ninth position.
One of Forfar Athletic’s three league wins to date came in the fixture between the sides at the Parkgrove Stadium @ Station Park back in August, the final score 3-0 in the ‘Loons’ favour.
Admission prices at Forthbank are as follows:
Adults £18
Concessions (65&over) £13
Students & Under 17’s £8
Under 12s free of charge if accompanied by a paying adult
Tickets can be purchased in advance; see the Stirling Albion website for further detail, but they are also available at the turnstiles on match day.
A full preview of the fixture will appear on FAFC social media platforms on Friday.
