Hospitality Packages 2013/14 Season
[Wednesday, 29 May 2013 16:51]
As matters stand at present as far as league football in Scotland is concerned next season’s fixtures are due to be released on Wednesday 19th June at 9 am.
With this in mind the Directors discussed the cost of the ever popular Station Park Hospitality Package at their scheduled board meeting this week.
Taking ever increasing costs into consideration they felt that they had no option but to increase the all inclusive cost of the package to £60 per person, in other words £600 for a table of ten.
They did give a great deal of thought to this potential increase twelve months back, but held the cost at £55 for the 2012/13 season.
However they now feel that they have no other option and trust patrons will understand.
This cost is still way below the price charged by the vast majority of clubs throughout Scotland for a similar package.
Rangers fixtures
In the season ahead we will for the first time in the club’s history entertain Rangers in league action on two occasions.
There has already been a great deal of interest noted in hospitality packages at the park for these fixtures.
The Directors have decided that the cost of hospitality will remain as above as a gesture to regular patrons.
However the timings may have to be modified depending on potentially altered kick-off times to suit television coverage etc.
However the five packages/cabins remaining, one was sold by auction at the Sportsman’s Dinner will only be available in the first instance to companies/groups who have subscribed to a similar package over all three of the previous seasons; - ie 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13.
Once the dates for the two games with the Ibrox club are announced on June 19th, those interested will have five days to advise David McGregor of that interest on 07871 165689 or by e mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
If there are more than five applicants, a ballot will be held.
Similarly bookings/enquiries for all the other sixteen home fixtures will as normal be handled by David once the fixtures are announced.
Footnote
In due course the club hope to be able to provide a hospitality package for supporters at another suitable venue in the town for the Rangers fixtures.
Again this will depend of availability of venue, costs etc.
Further detail in due course.
