Forfar Athletic have completed the signing, initially on a short term temporary transfer, of 17 year old Craig Storie from Aberdeen.
Midfield player Craig, who does not celebrate his 18th birthday till January, will be with the ‘Loons’ till December 7th at present. Craig follows in the footsteps of Joe Shaughnessy, Nicky Low and Jordon Brown in recent times.
A Glaswegian, Craig turned down the chance of a professional contract with Manchester United, preferring the earlier opportunities offered to him by the ‘Dons.’
He has already made his first team debut against Kilmarnock in 1-0 win in April and has also made one appearance this term, as well as being a regular in the Pittodrie side’s Under 20 side.
He will train with Forfar tonight and will go straight into the pool for the clash with Brechin City on Saturday.
