Forfar Athletic will entertain Brechin City in the first round of this season’s Forfarshire Cup at Station Park on Thursday 4th September with a 7.45p.m. kick-off.
Admission prices will be £5 Adults, £3 Concessions (65 & over, under 17’s)
‘Loons’ season ticket holders should utilise voucher seven on the night.
All seven member clubs of the Forfarshire Association gave an assurance at the recent AGM that they would make every effort this coming season to attempt to get the competition back on a stable footing and complete this season’s tournament by the Spring of 2015.
Following City’s defeat from Peterhead last night, neither side now have a competitive fixture that particular week with Saturday 6th September set aside for the Petrofac quarter finals, so they have agreed to fit the fixture in and show a lead to the other clubs in the FFA.
