Forfar Athletic FC Golf Day 2014

The Forfar Athletic FC Golf Day was held on Friday 22nd August at Forfar Golf Club with a record entry of 23 teams competing for their place in history and perhaps a wild card invite into the Ryder Cup Team. In a very close fought contest only 6 points separated the six prizewinning teams and it required a better inward half to secure the winner.

1st place - Hirepoint Garage -  91 Points (BIH) - Ewan Callander, Doug Milne, Ian Nicoll & Ralph Dye.

2nd place - Forfar Golf Club - 91 points - Ross Mitchell, Roy Johnston, Ian Farquhar & Stuart Wilson.

3rd place - Forfar Boys Club No1 - 89 points Barry Quinn, Dean Stirton, Brian Clark & Alastair Donald.

4th place - Orchard Timber No 2 - 87 points.

5th place - Blackadders - 86 points

6th place - Astute - 85 points.

Individual prizes were won by Stuart Graham, Douglas Sneddon, Will Russell, Neil Allardice, Andy Monteith, Phil McKenna & Derek Halcrow.
