1984 Lounge

The Club Directors have set the ‘wheels in motion’ for three fund raising events in the 1984 Lounge at the ground.

The first of these is a General Knowledge Quiz on the 21st of November, full details on the website and in the local press over the next week or so.

That will be followed by a pre-Christmas Dinner on Friday December 12th. Dick Campbell will be one of the entertainers at this event ably backed we are delighted to say by top impressionist Paul Reid.

Tickets for this event which are of course limited in number are likely to be snapped up fairly quickly and can be ordered from the Club Secretary on 07871 165689 or e mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The ticket price has been pegged at £25 with a roast beef main course being followed by cheese/biscuits and coffee.

A Burns Supper is also in the pipe line for obviously either late January or early February, the exact date to be confirmed over the next week or so.

If any supporter is interested in staging a small party/function within the lounge, please do not hesitate to contact any club official. A quotation for food can always be provided or you can provide your own buffet. Bar facilities will always be made available.
