Four of the younger members of Forfar Athletic’s pool, all of whom have featured in the first team squad this term, have gone out on loan till early January to local junior outfits.
With just over a third of the season gone, Manager Dick Campbell felt it was imperative that the players gained more actual ‘game time’ over the next few weeks.
Subsequently Andrew Steeves and Craig Smith have moved to East Junior League North Division leaders Downfield, while Liam Keiller and Paul McLellan will spend the next couple of months plying their trade on a Saturday with East Premier League outfit Dundee North End.
All four players will continue to train with their parent club and be available for midweek SPFL Development League fixtures.
