Thank You to the 'Loons' fans

The Directors, Management and Players of Forfar Athletic Football Club would like to put on record their thanks for the incredible support the team have received in recent weeks culminating in 825 fans travelling to Alloa for yesterday’s Play-Off final.

The home support numbered only 598, a remarkable statistic.

Obviously the end result yesterday was a sore one for all concerned and the players were hurting and in fact totally distraught at the end of the ninety minutes. 

They all though appreciated the fact that the supporters stayed to the end and gave them such a wonderful reception.

However we will all have to re-group and with that same ‘TEAM’ ethos, hopefully look forward to another stirring campaign, which gets underway with the start of pre-season training four weeks tomorrow!
