Orchard Timber Products to continue as Main Club Sponsor

Club Chairman Alastair Donald was delighted to announce to the assembled company at last week’s Sportsman’s Dinner that Orchard Timber Products are to continue as the club’s main sponsor for an amazing tenth season.

The company whose main base is in the town at Orchardbank Business Park took over the mantle of club sponsor in the summer of 2006 and the level of support they have given the club since is almost unparalleled in Scottish senior football.

The company now one of Scotland’s major timber suppliers, has grown in strength and certainly size in that period with depots now in both Aberdeen and Livingston to supplement their Forfar operation. 

Managing Director Scott McKinlay is in no doubt that the partnership with their local football club has been of great benefit in this regard.

An official photo call to cement the deal which will tie in with the launch of the club’s new second choice kit for next season, a white/sky blue combination, will take place early in July.

In the meantime we are sure that the thanks and gratitude of all connected with the ‘Loons’ from the Chairman down to the youngest fan is afforded to all at Orchard for their continued backing of the club.
