Supporters Coach to Hampden

To date ‘Loons’ supporters have been slow to commit to making the journey west this coming Saturday to support Dick Campbell and his troops in the William Hill Scottish Cup tie against Queens Park.

It will be a disappointment to club officials if the numbers are not sufficient to run a coach to Glasgow, but a decision will have to be made within the next 48/72 hours as to whether it will be feasible.

A wee cup run is always a big boost to a club like Forfar Athletic and the backing of as many fans as possible a the National Stadium for what will be very tricky tie would be appreciated.

Results have not as we all know been going well of late, but there were again undoubted ‘shoots of recovery’ down at Stair Park yesterday.

At present the coach is scheduled to leave the Myre Car Park at 12 noon returning straight after the final whistle.
