Dayle nets six in Development team romp

The club’s Development team brought the curtain down on their competitive games in 2015 with a 7-2 victory at Bannockburn last night over East Stirling in the SPFL Development League East.
Perth based striker Dayle Robertson was the star of the show sensationally netting six goals, a feat rarely if ever achieved by a ‘Loons’ player in a competitive fixture.
Dayle in fact had the visitors two up within two minutes of the kick-off with a quick fire brace and completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot in the 29th minute.
Matthew Aitken netted number four, Dayle adding a fourth goal to his own tally before the half time whistle sounded.
Two further second half counters from the twenty year old signed following his release by Arbroath at the end of last season and currently out on a temporary transfer to St. Andrews United brought an end to the scoring.
