Forfar Athletic v East Fife

The ‘Loons’ go into the first of three home games in eleven days against East Fife tonight with five players definitely ruled out through injury namely Joe Shaughnessy, Nicky Low, Barry Sellars, Ross Campbell and Jamie Bishop. However they will take heart from a gutsy 2-2 draw at Coatbridge on Saturday past.
Goalkeeper Marc McCallum will travel north from the Scotland Under 21 camp to play and Dick Campbell is hopeful that Martin Fotheringham will pass a late fitness test.
A victory tonight would see the ‘Loons’ move three points clear of Albion Rovers at the bottom end of the table.
The match kicks off at 7.30 pm with obviously, in the spring like conditions that prevail in Forfar this morning, no weather problems to contend with.
