Wales, with two second half goals, came from behind to defeat Scotland 2-1 in an entertaining Under 18 Schoolboys International at Station Park Last night.
A crowd was in excess of 300 which delighted the Scottish Schools officials witnessed the action despite the lure of televised European football.
The President of the Scottish Schools FA also paid compliment to the club for their efforts in publicising and staging of the contest, everything behind the scenes going without a hitch.
‘Loons’ Chairman Neill Wilson stated that the ‘Loons’ would be delighted to welcome the Scotland Schools side back at any time in the future.
