Arbroath v Forfar Athletic

Dick Campbell, his coaching staff and players are hoping that Loons fans will stick with them and travel in reasonable numbers for Saturday’s local derby at Gayfield. 

The Forfar players will try to upset the odds against the promotion chasing ‘Lichties’ and record their first and what is a much needed victory this season against their near neighbours.  

Steven Tulloch injured in the pre-match warm up last Saturday and David Mowat are doubts for the game. While the management team will be hopeful of Nicky Low reporting fully fit, although he had to curtail an appearance in Tuesday night’s closed door fixture with Lochee United following his unavailability last Saturday due to a stomach bug.   Nicky will obviously be boosted by the news of a new one year deal with his parent club Aberdeen.

Jamie Bishop and Ross Campbell both played a full part in Tuesday night’s game and will be in the pool for the game.
