Thank You

Looking back to Saturday’s contest against Stranraer a big vote of thanks to the 500 plus home fans who turned out, paid their respects with great gusto to ‘Loons’ legend Alex Brash, before getting behind the players throughout a tough ninety minutes with the end result not as envisaged or hoped for.

This backing is so appreciated and as they say the fight to move away from the foot of the league table will continue both on and off the park.

Thanks also to Bill Milne of Milnbank Developments our match sponsors on Saturday. To say Bill has been a long standing supporter of the ‘Loons’ cause would be a total understatement and that backing is so appreciated. His party chose Nathan Cannon as their ‘Loons’ man of the match.

A word of thanks as well to all four groups who occupied the main hospitality lounges on the day, all return visitors in this regard.

Thanks again therefore to Craig Fotheringham and friends, Ray Martin and friends from Dundee, Jane Rae and her ‘weel kent’ colleagues and finally the party hosted by Ian Nicoll and Fred Richardson. Thanks as well to William Pirie and his group who enjoyed the delights of the hospitality package available in what was a busy 1984 Lounge pre-match in particular.
