Forfar Athletic were saddened to hear of the passing on May 10th of former player Steve McCormick.

Steve was part of the 1994/1995 title winning team under the stewardship of Tommy Campbell.

Steve played 33 games and scored 10 goals in his short tenure at Forfar.He signed in 1994 from Alloa Athletic and moved on to play for Arbroath in August 1995.

A genuine person Steve was an all out type of forward and was highly regarded by both his fellow players and fans during his time with the Loons.
