Welcome Back to the Loons, Angus Mailer

Forfar Athletic are delighted to confirm the return of defender Angus Mailer, subject to SFA approval.

The full back will join the Loons from Bonnyrigg Rose on a two year deal when his contract expires this month.

Angus is no stranger to the Athies, having played for the successful Under 20’s side which brought the likes of Murray MacKintosh, Matty Aitken and Michael Kennedy in to the first team amongst others.

Angus made just a solitary competitive appearance for the Forfar men’s team before moving on in 2018 but has since gone on to make almost 200 appearances at League Two level, first with Elgin City and latterly with Bonnyrigg Rose.

All at the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park are delighted to have Angus return to where his senior career began and look forward to seeing him in a Sky Blue shirt next term.
