Forfar Athletic v St. Mirren – Match Information
[Sunday, 13 July 2025 13:48]

The ‘Loons’ welcome Premiership St. Mirren to the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park on Tuesday first in our second tie in Group D of the Premier Sports Cup.
It will be the Paisley side’s first visit to the town since August of 1986 when the home side recorded an amazing 5-1 win over their illustrious visitors in the same competition though at that time it was under the guise of the Skol Cup.
For the ‘Loons’ squad who picked up a couple of points thanks to penalty shoot-out success in an at times encouraging display at Annan on Saturday past, recovery time after the ninety minutes plus of action in heat that must have been brutal to contend with is limited, prior to returning to the fray just over 72 hours later against full time opponents.
