Forfar Athletic v Stirling Albion – Match Information

Forfar Athletic return to William Hill League2 action on Saturday first when Stirling Albion are the visitors to the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park.

The ‘Loons’ will head into the game on the four point mark in the early season league table following an opening day victory at home over Stranraer and a 0-0 draw away to Clyde last weekend.

The ‘Binos’ head north from the central belt with a very similar record, a 2-1 win at Edinburgh City on the opening day being followed up by a scoreless ninety minutes for both sides in the clash with Annan Athletic at Forthbank on Saturday past.

With away games scheduled for the final two Saturdays of the month against Spartans and East Kilbride, the Athies will be keen to go into those contests with another three point haul in the ‘bag’. However that will be no easy task against an Albion outfit who recorded two victories and a couple of draws in their clashes with the ‘Loons’ last season.

The match on Saturday will have the usual 3pm. kick-off.

Terracing - Adults £15, concessions (as above) £10, under 14’s £5

50/50 tickets will be on sale pre-match in the 1984 Lounge and from vendors within the stadium.

The Refreshment Kiosk and Club Shop both situated within the ground will be open as usual.

The 1984 Lounge will be open to supporters from 12.30pm. till kick-off and again on the final whistle till approximately 8pm.
