East Kilbride v Forfar Athletic – Match Information

Forfar Athletic head west on their return to William Hill League2 action on Saturday first, their opponents on match day five, SPFL newcomers East Kilbride.

The Lanarkshire side managed by Mick Kennedy romped to the Lowland League title last season, before defeating Brora Rangers and Bonnyrigg Rose in play-off fixtures to clinch their place in the fourth tier of the league pyramid. They have made a more than useful start to the campaign and will go into Saturday’s contest on the back of three successive league victories.

The ‘Loons’ will be keen to put their first league defeat of the season behind them on their first ever visit to K Park, Spartans in all probability deserving of their one goal success on Saturday past, although on the day the Athies could well have picked up what would have been a welcome point.

Please note that car parking at K Park is restricted to players and officials only.

Car parking for supporters is available in Colonsay Field which is to the left of the main Country Park entrance and also within the nearby Kelvin Industrial Estate.
