Share Issue – Back the Loons, Own the Future!
[Wednesday, 03 December 2025 14:04]

We are pleased to now be in a position to provide you, our supporters, with an opportunity to purchase shares in Forfar Athletic and to become a part-owner of the Club that you love. All funds raised from share purchases, however large or small, will be made available to assist the football operations at Station Park.
As a shareholder, you would be invited to attend our Annual General Meetings, held in person at Station Park. This forum gives shareholders the opportunity to have their say and to vote on matters related to the running of the Company. You would also receive an annual update letter from the Chairman together with a copy of the Company’s annual accounts.
Prior to our 2025 AGM, the Forfar Athletic Board of Directors approved a new issue of 50,000 additional shares in the Company. This was approved with a view to increasing the Club’s capitalisation and to allow us to provide additional funds to the football operation to support Jim Weir in improving our fortunes on the park.
In accordance with our Articles of Association, all existing shareholders were notified that they would be given a first opportunity to subscribe to these new shares. We are now in a position to open this opportunity beyond our existing shareholders and offer a restricted number of shares for purchase to any individual who may wish to become a part-owner and shareholder in FAFC.
This share issue also remains open to any existing shareholder who may now be in a position to contribute.
Each share is offered for purchase at a price of £1 per share, with a minimum purchase of 200 shares (£200). All applications for share purchases are subject to approval by the Board of Directors prior to purchases being finalised.
Any party interested in purchasing shares at this time should contact FAFC Director Robin Beattie at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The share issue will close either once fully subscribed or on 31 January 2026.
