Forfar Athletic FC Golf Day

Wednesday 15th August 2012 at Forfar Golf Club.

The event, which is now in its 16th year, is a very enjoyable day out for teams of four playing for two separate trophies using the Stableford or points method of scoring. Teams may comprise Ladies and/or Gents and a maximum handicap allowance of 24 applies.

Last year a team from Blackadders won the main competition and Kingennie Holdings won the Rotational Ball event and both have signed up to defend their trophies this year. Hydrosave peaked a little early in the round last year but are looking to mount an even stronger challenge this year.

Tee off times are available from 12.30pm through to 3.30pm and entrants enjoy coffee & rolls on arrival, refreshments on the course and Dinner with wine after their round. A prize giving, raffle and auction takes place at the close. In addition to the main prize winners there are many special competitions for individuals ensuring interest is retained right up to the 18th hole.

The cost for a team is £300 & for individual hole sponsorship £35 both plus VAT.

Forfar Golf Course is in excellent condition this year so why not put a team together for business or social reasons and come along for an enjoyable day out at the same time helping support your local Senior Football Club?
