Thank You

Thanks are due today to the 545 supporters of both sides who turned out on a pretty dreich day at the Alpha Projects Stadium @ Station Park yesterday.

As ever the continued support of the home fans in what is turning out to date to be a season of mixed results and performances was much appreciated by all concerned behind the scenes at the club.

Thanks also to our match sponsor Pitairlie Garage from Newbigging.

Proprietor Stephen Higgins is a ‘red hot’ football fan and has become in recent times a very welcome backer of the ‘Loons’ cause. Sadly his party did not see a victory recorded yesterday afternoon by the home side but we trust that all enjoyed their day.

Thanks again to Stephen for his support in this manner.

For the second home game in succession all the main four hospitality lounges were full to capacity with ‘weel kent’ faces returning to enjoy the fare on offer. Again though disappointed with the end result, all the groups seemed to enjoy their afternoon and early evening in the respective lounges.

Many thanks to Ian Nicoll and Fred Richardson for their support and to Alison Neave, Jane Rae and Rob Wiseman for organising the parties in the other three lounges.

A tough test now awaits the ‘Loons’ squad on Saturday first away to East Kilbride, before Dumbarton are the visitors to the town on February 7th.
